Just a quick note to wish all a very Happy New Year! I hope everyone has lots of love, laughs and fun in 2012 – these are my favourite kind of things! I have had an amazing year with my photography – I have met some wonderful families, some very happy children, some lovely brides and grooms and so many truly VERY talented professionals along the way. I can’t actually believe how much I feel I have achieved this year! I started this blog and I am very thankful for all the lovely comments that you leave! I also enjoyed some photography training and some personal projects which have stretched my photography skills – and I’ve loved ever minute I have been taking pictures which to me makes all the late nights and hard work VERY worthwhile. I have been featured on some of the top blogs – the likes of Love My Dress, Amy Atlas, Belle Bébes and Before The Big Day. I have been published in and on the front covers of the national press and magazines around the country – a big highlight being my boho lavender bridal shoot being published in the last issue of Cosmo Bride and being featured in Photo Professional magazine. I still have the boho lavender bridal shoot to share with you and a new logo to unveil next year! I have weddings and family shoots booked and other projects being discussed that I am very much looking forward to in the new year – can’t wait!
I hope if my pictures have reached you this year, you are enjoying them on your walls, in albums or they have helped make your blog pages and websites pretty! Or even if you are here just to enjoy the imagery – I really hope I have inspired you a little to take your own pictures, particularly of your own family as much as possible. They are special, hold them close and enjoy what next year has to bring!
